As a company policy, we do not release unedited/raw footage. As an alternative, we offer full length videos that show the entirety of your event(s) uncut from start to finish in a documentary style. We film on 2-3 cameras continuously during any major events so the view switches to whatever is the best angle at the time.

Absolutely! Whether it's weddings, events, or business meetings, we understand that timelines can change. We want our clients to have peace of mind when scheduling video coverage with our team so we clear our schedules for the entirety of your booked day(s).

If you're in the middle of your shoot, just tell us how much longer you need us to stay and consider it done! If you want to schedule an earlier start time prior to what you originally booked, please alert our team at least 2 business days prior to your project date so we can make adjustments accordingly.

Regarding payment, a separate invoice will be issued to you for the additional coverage at a rate of $250/hour through the payment method you select in your contract.

All of our packages include a second shooter. No upgrade or additional cost necessary!

If your video package has been customized for a solo videographer but you're having second thoughts, please reach out to our team as soon as possible.

Video materials are delivered via email as a shareable download link 6-8 weeks after your project film date. Physical copies can be ordered on a USB (customization options available) in addition to your digital download as a package upgrade. USB deliveries depend on mail carrier/location, but typically occur 6-9 weeks after your project film date or 2-4 weeks after your order date if you are a returning customer.

The USB upgrade acts as a physical copy of any digital video materials that you order. For example, if you order a highlight video and an Instagram highlight reel, then both of these video files will be loaded onto your personal USB. If you decide to add any additional package upgrades like full length videos, etc., then copies of these videos will also be loaded onto the USB, provided that the additional videos are ordered prior to shipment. USB orders do NOT contain raw footage. For raw footage requests, please refer to FAQ Q02 above.

We offer two options for USB box set orders: a standard flip drive (USB-A only) and a customized crystal drive (USB-A and USB-C options). Once you receive your digital download link and confirm your preferred mailing address, we ship your USB Box set and email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you!

We focus on authentic emotion and rich cinematic storytelling, striving to capture the unique personality and style of each of our clients. Many have described our work as dramatic, intentional, romantic, energetic, and fun with a nostalgia that leaves you feeling like you were there in the moment.

We use specialized audio equipment to record sound directly from the audio systems provided by on-site sound operators and venues. Our gear allows us to non-invasively tap into any event microphone or sound system, provided we have access to a loudspeaker or sound board. We also provide handheld audio recorders, camera microphones, and wired lavalier mics for on-the-go audio capture or in cases where a hard wired sound system is not present.

We handle all audio set up and coordinate with vendors so you can sit back and relax. Additionally, our sound recordings undergo extensive post-production editing via specialized software at the hands of Alexander, our classically trained sound editor, to ensure that your video gets as close to studio quality sound as possible.

** All of our audio gear is specifically intended for passive audio recording and does not amplify, emit, or interfere with any signals provided by on-site DJs or sound crews. **

While we cannot fly in restricted airspace, we will still uphold any booked aerial drone services by legally flying in a related area that captures the essence of your event, project, or location.

If drone flight has been restricted due to poor weather, we will resume flight when the weather has been cleared for safe flight parameters or we will return on a day when the weather is safe for flight at no extra charge. Please note that in instances where drone flight has been impacted by weather, this is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be able to provide footage of exact venue or event decoration, set up, or activities.

In the unfortunate event that you no longer need our services,  you may cancel your booking at any time by giving written notice to AahVisuals via email or through our contact form here. You will forfeit any security deposit paid, but any other payment(s) will be refunded to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.
